The following is an itemized list of CP22 _ UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for JD Service Station, Inc. as of June 11, 2025, Open violations from April 22, 2025 inspection Violation#47-2030008-Secondary containment installed after July 1,2003 is free of water. OBSERVATION:Water was found in the diesel STP sump. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight.
