Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br /> address the water intrusion into the Diesel STP sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 50 CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as <br /> required, and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION:The diesel spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.The spill bucket was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 85 CA Code of Regulations 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c)2060027-Tank system primary containment is constructed, <br /> operated, and maintained product-tight.. <br /> OBSERVATION:The fuel filter for diesel was leaking into the UDCs for UDCs 5/6 and 9/10, indicating a leak in the <br /> primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technicians removed liquid from the bottom of the UDC.
