Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(a�sigov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Verification of removal of all residual liquids, solids, and/or sludges from tank(s), and of <br /> tank cleaning conducted to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22 section <br /> 67383.3(e)(2) standards. <br /> b. Verification of tank(s) inerted to levels that shall preclude explosion <br /> c. Witness removal of tank(s) and any applicable piping, sumps, and associated <br /> appurtenances <br /> d. Verification of tank ID number marked on the tank end using fluorescent spray paint <br /> e. Witness soil and/or water sampling: Only results that are sent to EHD directly from a <br /> third-party California accredited environmental laboratory with affixed chain of custody <br /> will be accepted. <br /> 1868 E.
