Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: SHADOW LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK LLC, 5100 N HWY 99 , STOCKTON 95212 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Operation records were not available during the inspection. Maintain daily records for a minimum of one test <br />per day for disinfectant residual and pH, and monthly for cyanuric acid if used. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per <br />day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often <br />as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test <br />results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The indicator on the flow meter is currently at the bottom displaying 0 GPM and possibly not functioning <br />properly. Repair or replace to ensure flow meter is in good working order. Correct within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications.
