Hammer Lane on 6/11/2024.Unfortunately, it looks like the Monitoring System Certification results <br /> are missing any info on the floats&chains within the UDCs,which are part of the monitoring system. <br /> The inspector on site that day noted in your inspection report that at least one float and chain was tested, <br /> adjusted, and retested, so they may have all been tested,they just do not appear on the test results. For this <br /> reason,we cannot accept the submitted results. Please submit an updated copy that includes all tested <br /> components of the monitoring system to the general UST email at ust(ksigov.org.
