Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br />submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -0017 Section 16, <br />Self -Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br />as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br />a) Tonnage Reports of Waste Received <br />b) Copy of the Daily and Special occurrence log. <br />Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials recycled or <br />salvaged can all be found on the May 2025 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix A). <br />No complaints were received for May 2025 in regard to the Solid Waste Facility Permit, <br />attached is a printout of the Daily and Special occurrence log for May 2025 .
