I tried looking into the matter, but it
appears the drilling license holder and the crew foreman have retired.
-Aaron
From: Afonskaia, Daria <dafonskaia@sjgov.org>
Sent: Thursday, May 21, 2020 11:44 AM
To: Yu, Aaron <AnY3@pge.com>
Subject: RE: Expired Cathodic Protection Well Permits
*****CAUTION: This email was sent from an EXTERNAL source. So to clarify when you say completed does that mean that these 4 wells were installed
and are currently in use? The reason I am asking about the status of these wells is because the permits expired and EHD
does not have record of an inspection for any of the four permits.
Thank you,
Daria Afonskaia
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County — Environmental Health
(209) 468-3443
dafonskaia @sigov.org
From: Yu, Aaron [mailto:AnY3@pge.comj
Sent: Thursday, May 21, 2020 6:27 AM
To: Afoinskaia, Daria <dafonskaia@sigov.org>
Subject: RE: Expired Cathodic Protection Well Permits
Hello Daria,
All (4) of these locations have been completed.
Regards,
-Aaron
1
