Cc: Fernandez,Alberto [EHD] <alberto.fernandez@5jgov.org> <br /> Subject: Re: PR0537549-255 E Harney Ln <br /> Hello, <br /> Your RTC was received.The following violations are currently open: <br /> • #25 -2030016-OBSERVATION:The 87 and 91/diesel split tank annular sensor failed to activate an <br /> audible and visual alarm when tested and,therefore,the tank is not monitored. <br /> • #36-2060023-OBSERVATION: Rubber seal was found to be missing on the lid of the 91-fill sump and <br /> ripped on the lid of the diesel fill sump. <br /> • #49 -2030047-OBSERVATION: Brine was found in the 87 fill sump, diesel fill, 91 STP, and 91 fill sump <br /> indicating a leak in the secondary containment. <br /> o - Rubber seal was found to be missing on the lid of the 91-fill sump and ripped on the lid of the <br /> diesel fill sump. <br /> • #50-2060020-OBSERVATION:The two 87, 91, and diesel spill containers failed when tested. <br /> Please provide a corrected by date for when these violations will be corrected. <br /> As a reminder,the violations are to be corrected by July 5, 2025.
