The paperwork <br />inspection was conducted on 12/19/25. A complete report was provided at the time of paperwork inspection. <br />This report was reviewed with Tara Turk, Managing Member, on the day of inspection. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
