Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(aD_sigov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Integrity testing of all sumps, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. <br /> b. Verification of brine type, and witnessing of initial brine addition in all brine-filled sumps <br /> and/or UDCs. <br /> c. Verification of the leak monitoring continuity for the 87B sump and hydrostatic <br /> monitoring. <br /> d. Since concrete will be broken near the 87 piping a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the 87 piping once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 4. Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess, or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (CSLB) <br /> 1868 E.
