Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(cbsiuov-ors far the following repairs and testing (a 48-h0ur <br /> notice is required)- please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a- Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UD s). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br /> uncs, <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> c. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> d.
