If the spill <br /> container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the 91 UST system may be red tagged to prevent <br /> fuel inputs. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br /> Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). <br /> OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: On hand written reports,the <br /> box for floats and chains was not checked. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing <br /> and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all <br /> of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 59 CA Code of Regulations 2712(b)(1-2)2030001 - Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly <br /> maintained (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. Missing records <br /> include: <br /> 2024 MSC test results <br /> 2024 Overfill test results <br /> 2024 and 2025 work orders, including for work done by Elite IV on 8/31/24, 3/21/25,4/15/25 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years.
