A copy of all UHWM were obtained on site during the inspection <br /> from the DTSC Waste Tracking website. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 8 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2)3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years.
