The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for SUBWAY # 65214 as of March 03, 2025. <br />Open violations from July 25, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #14 - 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records for a <br />minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Manager Annett Munez stated that she has never received training related to the CO2 tank, <br />hazardous materials or emergency response. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site.
