Repair hand sink so that it is in good working <br />order with warm and cold water. Correct today. <br />The three compartment sink lacks an air gap. Provide a gap distance of a minimum of one inch between the top of the floor sink <br />and bottom of the waste pipes. Correct within one week. <br />OBSERVATIONS: A food manager’s certificate was not available during the inspection.
