Car Wash not included.The office is included. <br /> Use:Tenant shall only use leased premises as a Auto repair shop and no other business.Tenant <br /> shall provide landlord a copy of City of Stockton business license. <br /> Term: Commencement date of March 1,2025 <br /> Month to month lease term. <br /> Deposit: $2,000.00 due before move-in date <br /> Rent: First month $2,000.00/month until December 2025. (at a discounted rate from$3,000.00). <br /> Year of 2026 monthly rate will be $2,500.00 at a discounted rate. <br /> Year of 2027 monthly rate will be$3,000.00 at a discounted rate. <br /> Year of 2028 there will be a 10% increase yearly. <br /> Late Charge: Rent is due within 3 days of the 1st of every month.
