Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San <br /> Joaquin County EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 1)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This report was amended on 5/6/25. It was changed from a routine inspection report to a closure inspection report <br /> with all violations closed. <br /> Permission for the inspection was granted by John Saucer, Co-Owner of the new tenant business, J&S Auto. <br /> A closure inspection was attempted on 4/8/2025 for S&S Auto to close the facility's SQG HW permit with EHD. A <br /> closure inspection could not be conducted due to the remaining hazardous waste observed on site. A full <br /> inspection report was provided to the facility on 4/9/2025. On 4/25/25 Muhammad Rafiq provided disposal records <br /> and photos showing that all waste was removed from the site and that staining was cleaned. This was confirmed <br /> with new tenant John Saucer, on 5/6/25. The facility's hazardous waste permit will be inactivated with EHD. If you <br /> resume operations and begin generating hazardous wastes, please contact our office to reactivate your permit <br /> and make a CERS submittal. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
