One sample taken at the southern end of the lines, in the northern end of the tank pit, 2 feet <br />below the pipes. #6 Lining Pit. <br />-Witnessed concrete filling of the product and return primary pipes from the south end, approximately 65 feet. <br />-Witnessed capping of the pipes at the southern end in the tank pit and at the northern end in the basement. <br />Additional piping sampling needed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
