OBSERVATIONS : Two piles of solid waste observed on 4206 S State Route 99 Frontage Rd (eastern and western area ) . A large amount of solid waste observed scattered on the ground of 4146 S State Route 99 Frontage Rd (western area) near the dumpster. VIOLATIONS : ✓Accumulation of Refuse , Waste and Filth Prohibited ( SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2400) ✓ Improper , Unpermitted Disposal of Waste on Premise ( SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2401 , Public Resources Code, Sections 44000. 5 and 44002 (a) (1) ) ❑ Inadequate Container ( SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2402) ❑ Inadequate Frequency of Waste Removal — Removal of waste at least once each calendar week. ( SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2403) ❑ Lack of Mandatory Residential Solid Waste Collection ( SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2404) CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER : ✓ Clean up and dispose of the waste at an authorized , permitted location . ❑ Provide adequate container . ✓ Remove waste once every calendar week . ✓ Submit copies of waste disposal records within 30 days . ❑ Obtain mandatory solid waste collection service . ❑ Other: Correct By : February 18 , 2025 COST RECOVERY: All EHD staff time associated with resolving this complaint will be billed at the current hourly rate ($172).
