cleared. Compost pile was still observed on site during the inspection. District Manager Daniel <br />Uribe noted that the pile is left over material from the previous inspection. No compost is <br />being given away to the public and the remaining material is being repurposed for use on <br />site. <br />2. Area of Concern for 14 CCR 17408.1 - Litter Control has been cleared. Litter around the <br />facility is being maintained. Street sweep truck was observed on site in operation. Litter on the <br />property was at a minimum. <br />3. All records were reviewed onsite during the inspection. Records indicate that the facility is <br />operating within compliance. <br />4. No dust was noted during the inspection and the misters were observed on during the <br />inspection. <br />5. There was no fly population noted on site. <br />6. Site security for the property was in good condition. <br />7. Vegetation on the property was low. <br />8. Odor in the parking and on Turner Rd. was not noticeable.
