No tracking was observed at the exits of the facility. <br />4. The misters were not on during the inspection, however no dust was observed on the <br />property. Maintain adequate dust control on the property. <br />5. Site security was in good condition <br />6. Vegetation on the property was low. Continue to maintain vegetation to a minimum to <br />prevent fire hazards. <br />7. All site personnel were observed wearing the proper PPE. <br />8. No odor was noted from outside of the facility. Odor within the facility was light. <br />9. On 8/26/25, LEA received an email from Luis Romero notifying of a fire that occurred on <br />8/25/25. Review of the special occurrence log shows fire was recorded. Small fire in the MRF. <br />Fire was caught and immediately put out.
