A routine monthly inspection was conducted on May 28, 2025 and the following was noted. <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1. Previous violation for 14 CCR 17408.6 - Maintenance Program has been removed. The <br />vegetation has been cut down to a minimum and is no longer posing a fire hazard. <br />2. Previous AOC for 14 CCR 17408.1 - Litter Control has been removed. Litter around the <br />facility has been cleaned up. Operator noted that the sweeper truck stops by the facility 3 <br />times per day. <br />3. Operator noted that the fire (5/2/25) occurred in the welding shop. Per operator, a mattress <br />was wedged within a container and cutting the container caught the mattress on fire. <br />Employees were able to put out the fire. <br />4. Records for facility were reviewed on site. Records indicate that the facility is within <br />compliance <br />5. No dust or odors was noted during the inspection. <br />6. No tracking was observed. <br />7. Site was secure. <br />8. Trash cans still being stored on site. <br />9.
