2. A fire occurred on 6/23/25 and the LEA was notified with 24 hours of occurrence. Small fire <br />including 100 pounds of waste occurred in the MRF of the facility. Pile was separated and a <br />fire extinguisher was used to put out the fire. Fire department was not called. Source of the <br />fire was never determined. During this inspection, latest fire training records (8/2/24) were <br />reviewed. Fire and fire extinguisher training occurs annually. <br />3. All records were reviewed during the inspection and records indicate that the facility is <br />within compliance. <br />4. No tracking coming from the facility <br />5. The misters were on turned on during the inspection. <br />6. There was no odor from the parking lot or on the street directly south from the facility. <br />7. Site was secure <br />8. Vegetation was low <br />9.
