Inspection Report Comments <br />A routine monthly inspection was conducted on July 22, 2025 and the following was noted. <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1. All records were reviewed on site during the inspection. Records indicate the facility is <br />operating within compliance. <br />2. No tracking from the facility was visible. <br />3. Odor within the facility was light, and there was no distinguishable odor noted outside of the <br />facility. <br />4. The misters were on during the inspection, and no dust issues were noted during the <br />inspection. <br />5. The site was secure and vegetation within the site was low. <br />6. All site personnel observed were wearing proper PPE. <br />7. Noted to operator that SB1383 measurements for Quarter 2 have not been received and <br />are due to the LEA 30 days after the end of the quarter. <br />8. No special occurrences to note. <br />9.
