RE: [External]RE: [External]RE: [External]RE: [External] San
Joaquin County Environmental Health
From
Jeff Martin
To
'Alaniz, John [EHD]'
Cc
Janet Bailey
Recipients
jalanizl@sjgov.org; JBailey@kellymoore.com
Hi John,
Hope you are well.
Just following up on this.
We have completed all stores to the fullest extent possible under the circumstances:
* Tracy, Manteca, and Stockton Mt Diablo—Inventory and waste have been removed from these locations.
* Stockton Hammer Lane—We were able to get in touch with Daljit and waste was removed.
* Lodi—Karen opted out of inventory removal and stated that all inventory was sold, gifted out, or used. She also stated that her crew did
not see any waste with the exception of some electronics. I offered to have this electronic waste removed but she declined. I've included
this correspondence in the file link below.
Please also note that Kelly-Moore resources are beyond limited, thus we have only a few people left working on behalf of the company
that are facilitating wind down operations. In an effort to simplify the follow up process, we have created a data storage file that is specific
to your jurisdiction: https://limp.box.com/s/gwdwsp2knc79obm8t52ow96nw9ti78ni
You can access this file at any time for updates. In most cases, this file will contain the following:
* Bills of lading for the inventory removal done by GDB. These were uploaded by GDB as part of our agreement.
* Waste manifests were uploaded by Ingenium as part of our agreement.
* Pictures uploaded by GDB of the waste that they identified during inventory removal.
* Ingenium invoices. These will contain a breakdown of what was removed.
* Property Manager Correspondence documenting all correspondence to/from Karen regarding Lodi.
As previously noted,we do not have physical resources, thus, we cannot be on hand for final inspections. So, this step will also need to be
coordinated with the property managers and/or new tenants. We will assist in this as directed/necessary.
