Hi Jeff,
Thank you for the update.
I just called and spoke with both people below. I believe there may have been a switch up. Daljit stated he did not own the Lodi location.
Matt directed me to a manager who stated they own the Lodi location. The manager stated that they were not aware of declining Kelly
Moore any ability to clean the store. They are going to be getting back to me with more information.
John
From: Jeff Martin<JMartin@kellymoore.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 19, 2024 8:56 AM To:Alaniz, John [EHD] <jalanizl@jgov.org>
Subject: RE: [External]San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Hi John,
We just signed an agreement with our licensed waste hauler. It may take a few weeks or a few months from now before waste is removed
from the stores. I will update when complete.
Regarding Lodi and Stockton Hammer Lane, these owner/landlords refused our offer of inventory and waste removal service. We are
doing all we can to ensure the proper removal of inventory and the disposal of waste from all Kelly-Moore locations but have no recourse
if owners/landlords choose not to cooperate. In these instances, we will be asking for a release of liability.
The contact info I have for those two locations is as follows:
Lodi
Daljit Sekhon
khalsad@gmail.com
209-204-8090
Stockton Hammer Lane
Matt Teresi
matt@tieresienterprises.com
209-368-0499
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
