Please contact me if you have any questions. The sanitary survey is on the <br />OIR. The sampling schedule is on the OIR and SSP. The EHD has no record of a sanitary survey conducted by <br />the operator. The EHD still has not received a copy of a contract from the CDO (for both water systems) indicating <br />that they are the CDO for the water system(s). Please make arrangements to have that information submitted by <br />August 20, 2010 or a procedural violation may be issued.
