This public water system is known as the Pacific Bell-UE17L Water System whose <br />headquarters is located at 2300 E Eight Mile Road, Stockton CA. <br />3. The legal owner of the Pacific Bell UE17L Water System is Pacific Bell Corp. <br />Pacific Bell Corp., therefore, is responsible for compliance with all statutory and <br />regulatory drinking water requirements and the conditions set forth in this permit. <br />4. The public water system for which the permit application has been submitted is as <br />described briefly below: <br />This is a Non-Transient Non-community water system that serves 100 <br />employees. The system consists of Well #1, a hydropneumatic pressure tank, <br />and distribution lines. <br />1. Pacific Bell Environmental Management submitted an application dated March <br />25, 1997, to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to operate a <br />public water system.
