Provide the required backflow prevention devices by 3/10/2010. <br />Status: COMPLETED. The RP was installed on Saturday, March 27, <br />2010, by Diversified Pump and Well personnel, under Shaw oversight. <br />We understand that you’ve already received The county word that the <br />work has been completed, as well as photographic evidence recorded on­ <br />site the day the work was completed. <br />> A water meter has been installed that is a totalizer. The meter shall be <br />read each month and logged. Records are to be retained for EHD <br />review for a minimum 5 year retention period <br />Status: ACKNOWLEDGED. AT&T will read this meter and log our <br />readings each month.
