Thank you for your help with this matter. <br />incj <br />> The RP located on the immediate east wall of the car-wash location has <br />been removed, and there are no hose-bib vacuum breakers on the hose­ <br />bibs. Provide the required backflow prevention devices by 3/10/2010. <br />Status: IN PROGRESS. This week we authorized our vendor, QSI, to <br />proceed with the purchase and installation of a new backflow prevention <br />device. We estimate that this work will be completed by 3-22-10; <br />however, there may be unexpected delays in shipping. <br />In order to complete the fourth item above, we respectfully request an extension of our due <br />date to Friday, April 9,2010. We would appreciate your favorable response to this request <br />and confirmation of it to me at any of the numbers below. <br />> A water meter has been installed that is a totalizer. The meter shall be <br />read each month and logged. Records are to be retained for EHD <br />review for a minimum 5 year retention period <br />Status: ACKNOWLEDGED. AT&T will read this meter and log our <br />readings each month.
