The new sample siting plan was submitted to your <br />agency on or about 02/10/10. <br />> Backflow Prevention Test Results are not on file for the year 2009. <br />Submit a legible copy of the [test] report to the EHD by 3/10/2010. <br />Status: COMPLETED. Backflow testing for 2010 was performed on <br />2/24/10 by our vendor, QSI. We requested that they send a copy of the <br />test report directly to your agency for review. <br />We have made progress on the corrective actions that you required pursuant to your <br />inspection referenced above; however, we need more time to complete them all. The action <br />items and their status are as follows: <br />> Provide a current contract for the CDO listed as “Bernie Dietz, ” [since] <br />a letter dated 12/20/2009 was received by the EHD indicating <br />“Suspension of Water Distribution Operator Services for PacBeU <br />Facilities in Stockton, CA. ” Submit a current contract by 3/10/2010. <br />Absence of a CDO is a violation of the Federal Groundwater Rule. <br />Status: COMPLETED. During the week of 3-8-10 we requested our <br />vendor, QSI, to submit the required contract letter to you.
