Cotulla, R.E.H.S. <br />Program Manager <br />November 17, 2003 <br />Title 22, CCR, Article 7, Section 64464.6, requires public notification if a public water <br />system fails to take the required number of bacteriological samples. If five samples were <br />not collected for the month of October 2003, you are required to provide public <br />notification in accordance with the enclosed methods. <br />If bacteriological samples were collected, a copy of the lab results should be sent to our <br />office as soon as possible. Results can be mailed to the above address or faxed to (209) <br />468-3433. Public notification will not be required if the results meet State standards. <br />Analytical results of all required samples collected for a system in a calendar <br />month shall be reported to this office no later than the tenth day of the following <br />month.
