Eight Mile Road <br />Take the five routine samples the month following a month which one <br />or more total coliform-positive samples, required under Title 22, CCR, <br />Article 3, Section 64424 (d) (please see attached). <br />If a coliform sample was collected, a copy of the lab results should be sent to our <br />office as soon as possible. Results can be mailed to the above address or faxed to <br />(209) 468-3433. Public notification will not be required if the results meet State <br />standards. Please be aware that analytical results of all required samples collected <br />for a system in a calendar month shall be reported to the Department no later than <br />the tenth day of the following month. <br />' . If a <br />sample was not collected for the month of July 2000, you are required to provide <br />public notification in accordance with the enclosed methods.
