Results can be mailed to the above address or faxed to <br />(209) 468-3433. Public notification will not be required if the results meet State <br />standards. Please be aware that analytical results of all required samples collected <br />for a system in a calendar month shall be reported to the Department no later than <br />the tenth day of the following month. <br />This letter is to inform you that, based on our records, Pacific Bell Water System <br />failed to: <br />Title 22, CCR, Article 7, Section 64464.6, requires public notification if a public <br />water system fails to take the required number of bacteriological samples. If a <br />sample was not collected for the month of June 2000, you are required to provide <br />public notification in accordance with the enclosed methods. <br />w:
