The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EMILS LIQUOR & SPORTS SHOP* as of July 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#24-2030003-Leak detection system maintains continuous monitoring that activates an audible <br /> and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The float and chain in the 1/2 dispenser failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when <br /> tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#53-2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial Responsibility/mech of financial <br /> assurance(TCR 11). <br /> 1. OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD.
