The last submittal was made on <br />2/28/2024. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete <br />- A storm drain was seen within the drive thru that wraps around the building , it is not indicated in the site map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by February 22, 2025. <br />FA0023511 PR0541508 SC001 01/23/2025 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 3 <br />1868 E.
