This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.2 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as <br />complete/accurate on or before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2025 Submittal- None <br />2024 Submittal- 1/29/23 <br />2023 Submittal- 1/6/23 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: After conferring with the Fred Carlyle, Golf Course Superintendent, it was confirmed that Mike Stieler <br />is no long available as an Emergency Response, but he is listed on the most recent Emergency Response Plan. <br />Additionally the plan was lacking information for the Nearest Medical Facility. <br /> 12 <br />FA0000754 PR0520160 SC001 01/27/2025 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 4 <br />1868 E.
