The max daily <br />amounts for acetylene and oxygen did not reflect actual quantities observed on site. Containers of oxygen totaling to <br />250 cubic feet capacity were observed during the inspection. Container of acetylene observed greater than the max <br />daily amount of 80 cubic feet from 12/26/2024 CERS submittal. <br />#2: Used oil (3x55 gallon steel drums), two white tanks approximately 10 feet height x 7 feet diameter were labeled as <br />containing urea and discussed with Henry Rotor (one tank labeled fertilizer solution, dicarbamide hydrogen sulfate), <br />and Hydra Trans 135 oil were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />#3: Per discussion with Henry Rotor, there exists a pallet with unknown types of paint and quantities within the shop. <br />Containers of paint were not accessible at the time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
