Juan Aguilera, Data Center <br />Operations Manager stated that both of these names are out of date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11) 2010007 - Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br />Responsibility/mech of financial assurance (TCR 11). <br />OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent <br />Certificate of Financial Responsibility in CERS is dated 5/14/24 and the copy on site is dated 11/1/23.. The most <br />recent copy of the proof of insurance on site expired 5/1/24. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 53 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Note: Prior to the start of the monitoring system certification, the technician on site found the programming of the <br />probe in the Veeder Root panel to be incorrect . T alarms for overfill, setup data warning, max product and high <br />product were active but he stated that the annular sensor and sump sensor for the UST system were not affected <br />and were still programmed correctly. The time was also found to be set 2 hours ahead.
