The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2025 Submittal- 1/15/2025 <br />2024 Submittal- 1/22/2024 (Late) <br />2022 Submittal- 1/18/2023 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25510(a) 1040001 - Actual or threatened release reported to the unified program agency <br />and Cal OES. <br />OBSERVATION: During the Routine HMBP Inspection , an Incident Investigation Summary Report was observed to <br />note a release of 10g (75lbs) of Aqueous Ammonia (19% concentration). This release was not reported to the local <br />CUPA (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and CalOES. The release was believed to have been <br />caused by operator error. The facility believes that there were no-off site impacts. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A release or threatened release of a hazardous material shall be verbally reported <br />immediately to the EHD and CalOES upon knowledge of the release. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a written statement to EHD stating any future releases or threatened releases of a <br />hazardous material will be reported immediately to the EHD and CalOES.
