It <br /> was part of SR0082977.The repair company submitted the results due to having to cold start the panel for a <br /> software upgrade(as per the comments at the bottom of the MSC).As for the 2/9/2023 you've attached,that is not <br /> a testing we have any record of. It looks like the 2/9/2023 results were only for testing the 87 leak detector but we <br /> do not have a copy or records of witnessing this testing as part of the permit SR0082977 (which included replacing <br /> the leak detector).The facility received a violation in 2023 for not testing the leak detector on time.This 2/9/2023 <br /> MSC is not a valid testing. I've attached the 2023 inspection report as well if needed.To close this violation,you <br /> can submit a statement that the 12/5/2022 results are now on site. <br /> #77—closed <br /> 1 <br />
