No further action needed. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006 - Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Tiberio Cardoso stated that Joe Nyiradi has not been employed by the facility <br />within the past 6 months. Joe Nyiradi is currently listed as the "Secondary Emergency Contact" in CERS and is listed <br />as the "Alternate Emergency Coordinator" in the Emergency Response Contingency Plan. The business has not <br />updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more <br />increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous <br />materials c) A change of business or facility address d ) Change business ownership e) Change of <br />business name f)(1) A substantial change in the handler 's operations occurs that requires modification to any <br />portion of the business plan.
