Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />February 28, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 7316 MURRAY DR, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> ALL FOREIGN & DOMESTIC BODY SHOP <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. <br />- Joe Nyiradi is currently listed as the "Alternate Emergency Coordinator", according to Tiberio Cardoso he has not <br />been employed for the past 6 months. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - immediate notification of <br />local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) - procedures for the mitigation of a <br />release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - <br />evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 12 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by March 30, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
