Date: 2/28/2028 <br /> Manufacturer training: Universal, 11/22/27 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> Observed at time of inspection: <br /> 1) calculations for 95% shutdown measurement of the UST waste oil overfill valve for the used oil tank. <br /> 2) tank chart used for calculations was the Owens Corning Model D-5 550 gallon tank. <br /> 3) verified overfill functionality <br /> 4) The red tag of the used oil tank was verified as intact at the time of inspection. No tampering was observed. <br /> 5) The red tag of the used oil tank has been removed. The volume of the tank at the time of removal was 5.5 inches of used oil <br /> from the bottom of the tank. <br /> Please be aware that any reinstallation of the used oil overfill device, including immediately following hazardous waste pickup <br /> activities(used oil pumping), must be conducted by a properly certified service technician. <br /> Please also be aware that the used oil is required to pass through a wire mesh before it enters through the overfill device. Per Nik <br /> Zagarov,the funnel attachment contains a mesh the used oil can pass through as it enters into the tank.
