The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violotions that have riot been addressed far fast and easy mart#103 as of August 14, 2025, Open violations from May 22, 2025 inspection Vlolatlon M-20341016-Annular space of USTs are continuously monitored with an audible and visual alarm 6ystam(TCR 9d). 013SE iRVAT ION:During testing,the diesel annular sensor failed to activate both audible and visual alarms,indicating that the tank Is not currently being monitored.At the time of inspection,the annular sensor was found to be saturated wlih liquid,According to the techriician,the liquid appears to be water. A review of the alarm history showed no indication that an alarm had been triggered.The le&nician reported that he manually activated the annArsensor via the monitor pane!_As he is unable to remove the liquid from the annular space,the Sensor will remain achvated for ongoing monitoring. REGULATION GUIDANCP The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connecfed to an eudibl2 and visual aluiin system. CORRECTIVE ACTION:Immediately contact a properly liconsed,trained,and certified contractor to replace the falled component with a functionel aorxiponent(LG 113-x listed,if applicable),and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHID,if needed.
