This violation contains 2 observations that need to be addressed, only 1 of the 2 <br /> was addressed. Refer to attached screenshot of violation from report that needs to be addressed <br /> 50 CA Code of Regulations 2635,2637A,2665,2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements,have been tested as <br /> required,and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION:The diesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired <br /> or replaced by a properly licensed,trained,and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
