SACRAMENTO STREET <br />LODI, CA 95240 <br />It has come to our attention that your mobile food facility (MFF) is no longer operating from an <br />approved commissary. The California Retail Food Code requires that you operate out of an approved <br />commissary to service your vehicle at least once every day. <br />Your permit for the above mentioned MFF is suspended.
