A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SUSD-CORPORATE YARD 1 1932 EL PINAL DR, STOCKTON June 11 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> required, and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired <br /> or replaced by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill <br /> container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 product UST system may be red tagged to <br /> prevent fuel inputs. <br /> OBSERVATION:Annual spill container testing was previously performed on May 2024 and was completed on June <br /> 2025, one months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:This test is required upon completion of installation and every 12 months thereafter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 53 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br /> Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). <br /> OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent financial <br /> responsibility documents in CERS are dated 5/31/2024. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by July 11, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
