They Opened the Fill Sump Lid and Sump Cover, removed the Sensor for and <br />tested. Checked the Veeder-Root for the alarms that were created during troubleshooting, both Fuel Alarms <br />recorded on the Veeder-Root. Downloaded the alarm history, went back to the Bio Tank and closed. <br />L28 Bio Fill Brine (Biodiesel) sensor works properly now. Alarm Pint Out attached. <br />Violation #47 - 2030008 - Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is free of water. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ® This violation will be corrected by (date): Contingent on permit approval <br />® Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: work Order created and dispatched to site on 7/10/2025 to address the water intrusion. <br />Water/moisture from UDC 1SAT, UDC 3, and UDC 1M was removed. All UDCs are now clean and dry. Please see pictures attached. <br />Liquid in Tank 1 and Tank 2 STP Sumps was cleaned. Return trip needed to further investigate. <br />Returned on 7/17/2025, and identified that flex connector needs to be replaced as product was coming from line cuff and body of the <br />flex house itself. causing product to occupy both sides of the sump in small quantities. <br />Repairs proposal was approved, and work permits were submitted to the San Joaquin County EHD.
