The following records are missing: <br /> - Spill Container Test Results completed on 7/11/2024 <br /> - Monitoring System Certification Test Results completed on 7/11/2024 <br /> - Overfill Prevention Equipment Test Results completed on 7/11/2024 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and operator of underground storage tank (UST) systems shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST systems into compliance. Locate the <br /> missing records and provide a statement to EHD. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f) 2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 7/11/2025 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 8/10/2024. This <br /> information was received on 8/19/2024, 9 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all of <br /> the recommendations made in the report.
